Hi, I am back again for this week. Didn't manage to get on line again yestaerday as out internet connection keeps on going off. But I did get loads done.
shell2001, I hope your DD is better soon. I had a seventeen year old moping on the sofa yesterday. There are definitely some tummy bugs going around.

hugs cha97michelle,while little one is asleep you should take some time for yourself to rest. Then you can have a bit more energy for DS1 and for feeding. Leave the ironing for MIL if you can!

    My own list for today
    • Sort out passport applications
    • Weed for 15 minutes am and 15 minutes pm
    • sweep hall and stairs
    • clean downstairs loos
    • Put DSs clothes away or maybe out of the window, haven't decided yet!
    • Research heating systems for barn
    • 30 minutes accounts for tax return
    • Sort out more things for e bay
    • Order paint for lounge
    • Re write menu plan for month as running out of food rapidly
    • bake bread
    • air yesterday's laundry
    • wash lounge winter curtains before storing
    • clean front porch
    • sort paperwork 15 minutes
    • read Martins' pages on wedding planning on a budget

Made a start. WM on, DW been on and emptied, washing out on line.

Got to do a major flying week this week. Fitting it all into 3 days as we weren't around yesterday and going to North Wales on Friday for a long weekend. Got mountains of washing to do but its all downstairs and separated into loads. Lets see the list for today:

Open the windows and let in the light (we could clean them but this is simpler!)
Clear and wipe the worksurfaces & table
    Level Two
Wipe the little appliances and put them back in their homes
Wipe over the cupboards and large appliances
    Clean out drawers and filters
    Level Three
    Sweep and mop the floor
    Shine the grotty windows
Empty out a grotspot and make it beautiful
    Extras

    1. HHI
    2. Fill a bag for charity shop
    3. 29 fling boogie... GO!
    4. Throw out the manky dead tea towels and cloths
Terrific Tuesday - Sitting Room of Sunshine and Hallway of Happiness
    Level One
Open the windows and turn on some music!
    Wipe and water the plants
Declutter the chairs, floor and fireplace
    Level Two
Vacuum the floor now it is visible
Wash any throws/curtains/cushion that need freshening up
Clean any glass.. pictures, windows, mirrors etc
    Level Three
Vacuum under any furniture you can.. please don't injure yourselves!
    Wipe sofas and dusty places
HHC in the hallway.. sort those coats and shoes and mess!!
    Extras
    1. Tackle any phonecalls you NEED to make.. Is now a good time to switch energy providers? renew the 0% credit card? .. Have a check! Do you NEED a hair cut? Make that appointment today!
    2. Binbag dance... grab a bag fill it and fling it!
    3. Spend 15 minutes tackling a hotspot!!
    4. Wipe the woodwork in these areas
    5. Update grocery challenge
Don't think I'll get through much til DD2 in bed but I'll make a start on the flinging in the lounge whilst she's pottering.

Not me, I don't have a MIL. I have a note from my physio saying I am not allowed to iron!! We are the crumpled household.

I keep forgetting you dont have a telly! OK, the Duchess of York goes to Hull to advise a family of 6 on how to eat healthily on a budget on £80 per week (in one of the most deprived estates in the area, the programme's words, not mine). Last night was mostly the Duchess 'fact finding.' Tonight is when they start to change their diet. I thought she came over very well and despite the fact she has never been in a supermarket (!!!!!!???), I think tonight will be interesting. And it wasnt all about money. Grandad would give them veggies from his allotment, but they just didnt like veg, so didnt eat any. I reckon she'll get them to cut down/stop smoking and use the extra money to supplement the food budget.

My only critism would be, while the Duchess is very experienced with eating/weight loss, I'm not sure how qualified she is on how to deal with a small budget. I think Sammy Kaye (or another OS-er) should be given a show instead :D

Oh right.. I have a vague recollection of seeing it in my mtohers paper.. She has invited said family to tea at her house.. lol.. that would be more interesting!! .. oh to be a fly!
