    what does the marker say?

    Hi,

I don't know why they have done it! Just looking in to how to resolve it!

It says Ms ......... 4 - Application Fraud (Facility Refused)

This means: Application Fraud (Facility Refused) -- Use of a name reasonably believed to be genuine, but with one or more material falsehoods in personal details or other relevant information -; the facility was refused.

This one was logged at my current address but then they have logged a second one at my previous address which I moved out of nearly 4 years ago!!

Cards I have applied for are Flybe x 2 and Accessory card I think thats what it is called

    Hi

Could anyone who has the flybe card tell me how long they had to wait for there first statement after it was issued ?

    cheers

I rang yesterday as i was concerned i'd not received one at all they said acc was opened 15/10 statement dated 19/11 still not arrived today. hth :)
  • This is absolute insanity. I am avoiding this card like the plague. Hopefully those of you they've done this to will gang up against them and take them to court and make CIFAS and N Hunter be accountable to the public for once and for all!

I am absolutely horrified and outraged on your behalf.

I didn't get an alert to say it was there, it was only because Proliant had flagged it up that I checked the CIFAS area of my report, and there it was staring straight at me!!

Well I have been on the CIFAS website..followed their guidelines and wrote my letter of complaint...just got to find the relevant address for Sygma now
