ive been on my anualcredit report it says best cc matches virgin and post office should i wait till on electrol roll next week

Don't worry Giruzz, there's loads of pages and sometimes you can't see the wood for the trees lol.

Quite a few people have had the 7-10 day reply, and more often than not, the card has just popped through the letterbox! I think more people are accepted than rejected, but they like to keep you waiting! If you haven't heard anything after the 10 days, then a quick phone call should do the trick Hope that helps

There really is no need to be so blunt. This thread is extremely long, and you can't expect new posters to find info straightaway.

Ive noticed a few sarcastic posts as well!!
People there seem to be a few issues regarding people who have applied for flybe etc cards and been declined, they seem to be doing another search but there fraud dept this time anyone else been declined and have this search on there credit file?

Guy's, look there seems to be a problem here that could affect your credit files, Sygma Bank are doing fraud searches and are placing fraud markers on peoples credit files, I would hate to think that this thread has been the root cause of this so can we keep our ears to the ground over the next week or two and provide as much information as you can, I am sending a SAR off to national Hunter tomorrow, there could be more to this than we know.

That's awful! I've read the posts from people saying Sygma have done fraud searches on them but I didn't realize anyone had actually been given a fraud marker by them. Terrible!
