Sorry mate. To summarize just because a lender claims it will give you an instant decision doesn't mean they actually will. Saying they will write to you is very very common indeed. it doesn't mean yes or no. It means "maybe".

Electoral Register next week:

A lot of us, me included, will be added to the Electoral Register as of 1st December. Can anyone shed light on what that means? Will Equifax and Experian update our info on 1st December itself?

hey i applied for the flybe card last week and so far have not seen a search by them which credit file do they use i checked experian.

Hi, just resurrecting your post as I was reading the equifax thread which related to Sygma bank putting fraud markers on peoples files.
I was curious as to whether you have applied for a sygma card (flybe, jjb, etc) recently?
Just worried that this may now affect more people if mbna are going to withdraw cards??

If you have been affected I would check your file for the fraud marker and challenge it.

Hi Everyone,

I have just checked my file and they have put a fraud marker on my file, how do I resolve this and get it removed..It is on Equifax!!
