Hey Guys, How's everyone doing :j

Cifpower - Congrats on the Vanquis limit. There's hope for me yet. I've had my card since June I think and still no increase from £250 :(

Mr P. - I know I've been neglecting this board :( Not intentional, but I don't seem to have had much time as I used to, and when I come on MSE lately I've been on the House Buying, Renting and Selling board too much. Slap on the wrists for me, so I promise to post on here each time I'm on MSE :) Plus we moved offices at work and I'm in an open plan office now  So I can't spend as much time on the internet as I'd like lol

London, is your place of work on the North Circular???

Sephrania - congrats. To paraphrase Clio, onwards and upwards \o/

Quietgirl - congrats. For what it's worth, I got a Littlewoods catalogue in August and I still haven't bought anything but the've still been putting nice green zeros on my report :)

Sutton - you'll get that credit card one day soon lol. Just wait a while until the searches calm down :D

Moneysavingplumber - It takes a little time for creditors to mark the account as satisfied. They usually update once a month, so maybe wait a month or two then chase it up. In my experience, having a notice of correction on your file, can sometimes hinder instead of help, as you will not get an automatic decision as it has to be manually checked by a human being. Your choice though :)

K - Still got the hol blues???? I booked my honeymoon last week - soooo excited. It is exactly 9 months today that I get married :) Are you asking RBS to remove a default? What approach are you going to take? I really want to do this with Egg. I have 2 defaults, one 2005 and one 2007 both settled. I just want to ask them nicely to take them off lol, but I don't think they will. I got all excited the other day because on my equifax I had an alert saying that an Egg account had been deleted. But then they had created another one the same day :( Boo. Same info tho, so I don't see what the point is.

Crikey, X Factor's back on \o/. My money's on Rachel or Diana to go :)

    Hi Guys,

Sutton - of course I watched the X Factor :p ......but the best reality show starts tomorrow - I'm a Celebrity..............that's my favourite :D

Fairmorn, that is a crappy APR, but if you use it and pay it in full each month then it will be a nice row of green zeros :) My apr is 39.9, and that alone makes sure I clear it each month lol

18 Accounts on my files, kays just upped my limit to £1k
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

Thanks Sammy_Girl. Yes well that's what I'm thinking, when I added it I wasn't expecting the credit score that it's showing me, I was expecting more like 50! Might have to remove it next week.

I've already written to prior creditors, I don't expect them to update my file without a shove from me.
