Hi everyone. Has anyone who applied for a Flybe card got defaults or ccj's?
I have a 2 year old settled ccj for about £200 and a satisfied default. I paid for the credit expert credit score and allthough it came up poor, it said I had no ccj's?? Perhaps it is too low a value to count or is that wishful thinking?
Also do you have to send your bank statements and stuff off to them?
    hi thrifty momma,

firstly are the ccj and default registered with equifax? flybe/sygma only check equifax they dont check experian. if they are settled i would give it a go, i had a default unsettled on my equifax file however it is in the attributable data as the company who registered it never got my name right so its not always used in a lending decision.
you can only give it a try!! they never asked me for anything mine was instant yes but i cant recall the other good ppl on here sending anything in either
    good luck;)
    self confessed 80's throwback:D

yea i'm a bit like that, i had an account a step account(still have) with Natwest, but swapped because they wouldn't upgrade me. i have a full current account with yorkshire, t-mobile contract, two accounts with JD williams (jacamo) and littlewoods is another i have. Vanquis turned me down 2 months ago, and capital one, i had an old debt with them so that maybe the reason for that. Is it a step account? if its a current plus account ask them for a servicecard 100 that will help.
  • No, its a Step account.
