Good afternoon Ladies and Gents!!!! How is everyone today?????? I have been soooooo busy I've had hardly any time to relax this week :(

Tonight, I'm gonna slob around, watch X Factor and drink a whole bottle of wine to myself :D

Phoned London & Country today about my remortgage and there might just be the smallest chance that I can get a High Street Lender. Apparently they view any adverse data that is more than a year old as historic and so it doesn't affect your application as badly :j

We're in half minds whether to move house or not as I've fallen in love with another place, but it all depends on how much our current house is worth and how much they will lend us. Such stressful times :(

    Cheers all
