  • Hi everyone. Has anyone who applied for a Flybe card got defaults or ccj's?
I have a 2 year old settled ccj for about £200 and a satisfied default. I paid for the credit expert credit score and allthough it came up poor, it said I had no ccj's?? Perhaps it is too low a value to count or is that wishful thinking?
Also do you have to send your bank statements and stuff off to them?

    Hi

I managed to get Flybe and i have a settled ccj for a larger amount and 1 unsettled default. My score is also far from good.
A Ccj is a ccj regardless of amount- it could work both ways really.
They didnt ask for any bank stuff it was all done online. I got the 7-10 day message then after about 5 weeks or so without so much of a peep the card plopped through the door.
Good luck and dont forget to keep us posted!
If we all took an eye for an eye the world would be blind-(someone said that somewhere) :T

Ah that is good then. I only asked because I was reading the t & c's of who was eligible to apply and it said you had to have no ccj's or defaults. Will give them a try. Thanks x
Got Halifax Classic to reduce my interest rate by 5% woohoo - 10/06/08 Thanks MSE!
    Another 3% shaved off 10/12/08

  • Just called to activate my Aqua card and boy oh boy hard sell or what:mad:

In the end i just said "all I want to do is activate my card... I do not want any sort of insurance!!!!!!!" Just as well it was a free-phone number as I must of been on the phone about 6 or 7 mins...

I am grateful for the good credit limit but Vanquis CS were much easier to deal with!
