dont be too sure with the flybe card, i applied about a month ago got instant decline, then tried again got instant acceptance!!!
loads of ppl on here got the 7-10 days reply and got the card, im keeping everything crossed for you!!

go for it you have nothing to lose, i would wait while during the day though sometimes night apps can be declined, strange i know!! and i have found if i apply with first and surname only i get declined but if i put in my middle initial i get accepted!! but hey might be just coincidense

a quick question my oh has applied for a jjb card and got instant acceptance,do you think it would be ok to apply for a flybe card on the same day?many thanks in advance

I had an account about 2 years ago - had if for 2 years i think, never had any probs with them and if i remember they were allways increasing the CL.

Did you really apply for the same card a month after decline?? I want the flybe card (got the 7-10 day thing followed by a dear john a few weeks ago) When do you think I should apply again?

Kiora - my OH has JD williams account. Opened it at night and got the £125 message then it dropped to £0 but when he checked again the next morning it was £200. After paying first statement it went to £300.:j

yes i did i was just as surprised as you when the screen came up second time with the congratulations message!! i actually sat and looked at it for ages:rotfl: then still wasnt convinced so rang them next day!!

if you have a load of searches on your file like i do as i am apply button happy:eek: the way i see it was well i have 50000 searches!!(slight exageration) so another wont harm and hey presto!!

i still think it was an oversight but im happy, not got card yet but the account is on my equifax file thats how i found out the credit limit!!

well I could not resist and applied again :eek: got the 7-10 days message. At least not an instant decline like last time.
