    there was an even better moto gp race on earlier, i prefer bikes to F1.
    now everyones up it,s exercise time so be at the telly for a 10 minute warm up in 5 minutes.
    todays lesson is star jumps you will be required to do 100, followed by 50 sit-up's. any slackers
    will have there credit card apr up'd by 15%.. \0/

    Morning everyone :)

    Unfortunately i'll have to forego the star jumps i'm in work again and have been sat here catching up on last nights shananigans since 6 this morning so think i got the bright and early award:D

    Its quiet sunny down here, hope it last as i want a blast out on my bike.

    OMG I'm having a really bad day :'(

    I came in work to find a driver had been robbed at knifepoint for his PDA, and just now i've had to sort out another driver who came in Plastered asking for our manager who's not in cause its sunday, only to end up calling the police and find out they've been searching for him for 2 hours after he walked out of hospital after taking an OD i feel so bad now:( i left him sat there for 40 mins while i tried to ring my boss and then another 20 mins cause the local police number wasn't working i feel terrible what if the worse had happened i'd just left him there cause i thought he was sleeping.

    wow you have your hands full, stay calm is the only advice i can give and you were not to know the facts so don't blame yourself ath:)
