im not sure if that rule applies as its 1 month from judgement not 1 month from reissue mate i really dont know if they do reissue but i know that they can if its left unpaid i did some research before i paid mine off as i would not like another six years after 6 years

Darcy, yeah gave into temptation and applied, got the 7-10 day message, but got that with Aqua as well who accepted me.
Finally got my default with RBS settled after paying it off 3 months ago so have been told that will be updated this week.
Now down to 1 default and have an arrangement to pay but as soon as I have spare cash will clear that as well. My aim is that by this time next year to have nothing but green on my credit files, waiting for experian to remove my husband as an associate,dont think you can remove aliases.

A debt collection agency did a search 2 months ago on my file. I wrote to them saying the debt no longer as it was for unlawful bank charges which the bank paid up.

What can i do about getting these searches removed as they put beside it Debt collection.

Sent callcredit a message this morning on my report and got this reply due to one of the defaults

Thank you for your message. We have now received the confirmation we require in order to remove the default entry from your credit file. We will now make arrangements for this amendment to be made. We trust this is satisfactory.

Now within the next 5 days i will have a complete clear account with callcredit and just all green 0's

Different lenders report to different Credit Reference Agencies (CRAs). Vanquis and T-Mobile may well be reporting to Equifax instead of Experian. Follow Martin's advice to get a free report from Equifax, and you'll probably find them on there.

RE your MBNA searches in April. Searches stay on for a total of 12 months, but quite often, lenders aren't interested in searches more than 6-9 months old. They also will not know if the search resulted in you being accepted or rejected, so I wouldn't worry about future applications.

Are you on the electoral roll as that makes a huuuuge difference in acceptance/rejection
