well doesnt look good for us flying today, there premission for flying the choppers ran out at midnight and there not sure how long it will take to get more.

Totaly !!!!ed off but i shouldnt complain as am not due off until the 8th oct its just due to me hurting myself and been sitting about the last 10 days

update on my credit files

Experian+Callcredit

One default left but will get it removed very soon, lots of green 0's

Equifax

No defaults but still got CCJ on account which will drop off in next 4 weeks. Again plenty green 0's

Does having Associate Information that is out of date affect your chances with lenders? Same with linked addresses, can you get this info removed?

not heard nothing as they said would write to me and await to wait 7-10 working days. I wont know until i get home prob hear something on friday.

I know i will declined again but i think its due to having the CCJ on my record which isnt satisfed but is due to be removed in 4 weeks time so might wait till thats gone and try again.

as its not satisfied i hope it does not go straight back on you file that would be another 6 years!!

am sure they drop off after 6 yrs no matter if there satisfied or not

yes they drop off but if the debt is still owed they can reapply for the judgement to be reissued for another 6 years wether they do or not is a totally different thing!

County court judgments (CCJs)

• County court judgments are deleted six years from the date the judgment was made, whether or not they have been satisfied

from national debtline website

But then if they try re-issue the CCJ then i will have the 1st month to make payment liek you get when u 1st get issued a CCJ.

I have checked my experian report and ..

I have paid off my 2 CCs - which are showing on there as settled.

I have a Vanquis card - well maintained - but no mention of it: is that normal ?

I also have a contract with T-Mobile; always paid on time; not mentioned: is that normal too?

I'd applied for the classic MBNA in april but was rejected by them. there are 2 searches from them in april reflecting that.

Would that affect me if i applied for a loan later in the year ?
