Is it that sad that I couldn't wait until the site was up and running at 21:00 lol!!!
Anyone got there's yet? I had to go through the sales spiel again when I called to activate. They really don't like to take no for an answer!!

Well it's a kinda platinum colour, though it ain't no Platinum card!!!!
It could be pink with yellow spots for all I care. Definitely looks more grown up than my Cap 1 card with a puppy on the front. Must have been drunk when I ticked that picture card lol
So do you have yours yet London?0 -
Still waiting or my card, I also applied for a tesco card and they have asked for bank statements and pay slips, does that mean that they are willing to look at application, on a brighter note 2 defaults have disappeared from my credit file."In Italy for thirty years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance.0

This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0 -
Ok, I have a serious question please guys. Please advise.
I have an outstanding debt with a DCA that I want to settle. Outstanding balance is approx £3k. I need this settled on my credit reports before I remortgage next year.
I have a 1.9% APR on balance transfers and cash advances into my bank account until June 2009 on my new MBNA. The standard APR is 17.9%. The way I see it, I have 2 options to settle my DCA debt:
1) Call the DCA and pay £3k by credit card, and then pay 17.9% APR until I clear the debt on my cc
2) Make a cash advance from my MBNA card to my bank account, and then make a payment to the DCA with my debit card. This will incur a 1.9% APR on the £3k balance until June 2009 (by which I would have paid this off.
Am I right on this train of thought? If so, then option 2 is surely better. Please can someone advise before I possibly make a silly decision.
Many thanks0
