Yea funny thing is she was looking at my credit report and said reason is i do not have any credit. I said look again i have a cap 1. Then she says oh yes but we still cannot offer you cos your limit (200) is too low and they do not see cards with that sort of limit very highly. i should try in about 6 months when i have an increase. i already received a limit increase last week i told her then she was stumped so i made it easy for her and said forget about and dropped the phone. oh well back to the drawing board just wait for halifax to get back then should try 1 more(vanquish or aqua).

She said the same to me, about limited credit history etc. I resisted the urge to say "actually there is plenty of credit history it's just all pants" and a bit of brown nosing = credit card!!:rotfl:

Sorry Zeus, that sucks. Not sure what usual credit limit is for Aqua, but when I got Vanquis they only gave me £250 limit. Maybe try Aqua?
