I agree Kippygirl, I have had a few modest refunds at my store - 3 in total over about 4 weeks and yesterday I sought a refund for one cd. They took over 20 mins, 2 staff checked the poster, the Manager was called and told I had sought refunds before. She then processed my refund and without asking took my name from my credit card and wrote it down with the amount of my refund. When I challenged her she said it was Tesco policy to write down names !! I felt like a criminal and yet they are in the wrong. I have written a complaint to Tesco HO and await their reply. It is a tough one because if I see a future misprice I would be less inclined to go to CS yet it is their policy.

After my awful experience the other day, but being brave enough to go back the next day just to prove I wouldn't be bullied, I managed to get the Live Aid DVD from another Poole store yesterday!

No problem on CS, one sighed to the other 'I told them about that last week' and the other said 'the Monday morning staff meeting will be a nightmare - particularly the non-food overcharge bit!'

Straight refund, but as I walked out of the store, I heard an 'excuse me....' and my heart sank, but it was the CS girl, she had forgotten to write down the bar code number for the book!!

Hi,Can anybody help please!.I put in an online order for delivery next week
and ordered 4 cases of Castlemain XXXX larger 24x440mls at the offer price of 9.99 a case (Being £11.99 with offer £2 per case off)it came up as £11.99 a case in my basket.Guessed it would be adjusted at time of delivery.Had to pop in to Tesco last night and noticed the only offer they had were for 18x440mils and that was for £9.99,no offers for the 24 cans.I checked back on their Web site and the offer was for 18cans not 24,thought I was going mad,so checked my confirmation e-mail for the order, it is listed as 24x440mils cans at £11.99!Can anyone tell me where i stand,if when the order is delivered I only get the 18can packs or the 24packs at the full price,I know I can just give them back to the driver.but wondered what the misprice policy would be in this situation.Thanks for any help.

The price you pay is the price being charged by the checkouts on the day your order is scanned through. If the offers have expired before your order is delivered, you pay the full price. This is why the total price you see on the website is called a guide price.

I think special offers also have a note underneath them saying something like 'only valid for deliveries before xx/xx/xx'.

The offer does not expire untill the 18th October.When I placed my order on the 20th the offer was stating 24 cans which has since changed to 18 cans,so it looks like a mistake has been rectified.

didnt load for me either, just hangs and then page can not be displayed
