Re the SOA - would this cause a riot or could you cancel your Sky? Also, is your mortgage capital repayment? Could you switch to interest only for 6 months to tackle the debts with the highesty APRs, and of course the CCJ?
Good luck - this is do-able but you need to keep a tight rein on the spending - v difficult with teenagers I know.

They are open on Saturdays, not sure about Sundays, you could always call now, the recorded message will confirm their opening hours.

Could cancel Sky - but would be a BIG RIOT
we have just changed our mortgage as during my training we were on an interest only paying £650 per month - but we are getting older - and needed to change mort due to end of package - now in repayment tracker

We aren't being charged interest anymore - as we have agreements with them all -

Council tax - can you ask about paying this over 12 rather than 10 months?
Satellite/internet - can you do a joint package which would be cheaper?
Groceries - the old style board should help you cut down with meal plans etc

You credit history is probably not too good with a CCJ on it. It is usually advised that you pay the minimum on all debts and throw anything else at the highest APR. There are a few cards however that you seem to be close to clearing. I would possibly try clearing these cards first, then after a few months of inactivity, contact them to close them down. Some creditors try to offer customers incentives to stay on with them so hopefully you'll be offered a 0% deal for 6 months - this may help free up some cash that you can then throw at the higher APR's.

That's just what I thought we would do - have already cleared 3 cards which were smaller, and I keep telling myself to clear the next one etc etc - however the big ones keep threatening, I think it's all a BIG plan just to keep them all going and to keep us in this situation helps them!!! If that makes sense

I take it you couldn't get a 0% deal with the cards you managed to clear then?

Have you tried reclaiming bank charges and stopping PPI on any loans?
You can also check if you were missold PPI or an edowment mortgage, try claiming back CC charges and bank charges.
