    you're waiting cos i am, still haven't heard a date of hearing from the courts yet, will phone them when i get a chance been busy at work!

    Just received today, court date is now set for the 16/1/09, they must be awful backlogged.

    Backlogged because they are having to deal with loads of silly cases just like this one that clog up the court system when it could have been resolved out of court.

    how true, all incarexpress had to do back last january was exchange or even pick it up and repair it but they refused, how silly of them.
    perhaps a national outbreak of firms who can't follow simple laws is the main reason for this backlog.
