If you genuinely think your NOT in the wrong, seek advice to be sure you ARENT, maybe if you start a new thread stating your event, those on MSE might be able to offer you guidance, if the advice is not what you want to hear, dont blame the messengers or accuse them of Trolling, wether they are right or wrong all they are doing is trying to help.

You would really have had to read this thread following the prior threads the OP posted (Oh yes he has been hanging on for that long), as i would rate 90%+ (to be fair), said he should just return it and and await a refund.

The Majority have gone beyond the point of offering advice (for fear of being branded a Troll or not offering the advice he WANTED to hear), to simply awaiting for the MASSES of EGG on face, from either side of this saga.

I dont know what the odds are on the case of him winning, but I certainly wont risk gambling in his favour, Im eager to hear the final outcome, but fear will only know the finality from the OP, if it rules in his favour, else i can only await a new thread entiled "Martin Lewis IN PRISON" with the first post saying "Only kidding, but ICE v TS BLAH BLAH BLAH"

Can't do that - previous one I asked to get removed due to 'pressure' from a certain company's solicitors. :o

I didn't have the time, energy nor money to fight back. Had to cave in.

On what grounds? seeking advice concerning your right is not a crime, unless there is anything touching libel or dis-in-criminating within a post.

Soz people been away, anyway sent reply to courts rejecting incarexpress.co.uk pathetic offer.
They really are amazing, trying to "bargain" over a point of law, must try that next time i get a parking ticket lol, i know the law says pay fifty but i only want to pay thirty!!

Better leave it - thanks for the concern though, appreciate it.
Sorry to hear that jeannie but rest assured you did some damage, i'v met a few people who talked about that one!!

Many thanks to all but a few facts need repeating because the non facts have been re stated.
incarexpress were offered for nearly six months the opportunity to collect the item and examine it! they refused!!
Once legal action started that became an impossibility because the unit is now my only evidence, they can still collect it, once i have my money i have no use for it
I have pointed to a LAW which states i have the right to reject the goods and am under no obligation to return it ie they must collect
Can anyone point to a law which says they have a right to examine it first?

On account of this matter being so tedious that most people have lost the will to live by now, can anyone point to a LAW that says we actually care anymore?

You examined the goods and fitted them to your car. Your first post on this subject matter said so. 7 minutes after your first post, someone thought you were given inaccurate advice by TS.

Eight months after the first post and ten months after blowing it up, they still have your money. What computers do you fit so I can stay clear please!

Please note, I am sure that the Guarantee is due to run out shortly as well. As for the quoted postage, the maximum that I can find, for a 20 kg stereo should it be that large, is £14.26, plus £1 for compensation up to £100.

We don't have to, we're not trying to get our money back. :D

Going back to your first post on this from Freddie's link:

Contacting the support department I was given no help/support other than instructions to complete the on-line returns form and return the unit at my expense insured to the correct value is nearly £20.00 Surely this suggests they think it's faulty
Surely this suggest they think the opposite?

Oh my God, I have only just realised. OP will be back in two months time telling us his car Stereo does not work and it is one day out of Guarantee!
    :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
  • Any news on OP getting his refund? Not long before the Guarantee runs out surely!
