    Ello dave see you still haven't answered my questions in that post, but cant really see how that affects the case at all, it no criminal offence to be thick,lazy or rushed.

    sorry thats what the ts guy called it, and tbh i agreed with him, it threatened me with large court costs if if i took this route and lost.
    again how does me considering some thing "threatening" help their case at all.

    Well,threatening is a very strong word with overtones of harassment,but the spoken word,and the written word are two different things.Choose your words more carefully,but that is going to be the least of your problems.
    I wonder why you didn't post this letter here then? Were they "threatening" you,or advising you?They might have been protecting you from yourself..
