When these people post all i can hear is "You smell of poo"
Is there a single one of you that can actually point to a relevant passage of law, that says i will lose?

Use that one in court, shout it when the defence speaks. :)

As the claimant, can you point to the relevant passage of law that says you will win?

The SOGA and T&C of the contract you agreed to - which you admitted you didnt bother to read.

As the plaintiff its for you to make your case, not them to defend a non existent case

You dont have a case and they probably wont even need to defend it as the judge will laugh you out of court

Its got to be a wind up surely. Is it me, or is the OP suddenly one minute literate and the next sort of not??

    None of it seems consistent.

Seriously though, doesn't the judge have the ability to throw out silly claims before they get to court (and hasn't)?
