Bread and Butter Pudding in our house is never the same twice, we just use what we've got. On sunday I did one using apricot jam sandwiches luxury fruit mix and mixed spice. OH had two dishes so it must have been nice.
At christmas time it's nice to make one with pannetone and cream.
Netto usually sell pannetone cheap at this time of year.0 -
I made a bread pudding loaf the other night... using chocolate spread instead of butter, brown bread instead of white, coconut milk instead of normal milk and with raspberries inbetween the slices and made it in a loaf tin instead of a flat tray.... was delicious!! Yum!!0

Do you think it is better with white or brown hard bread?:beer:0

Has to be white, brown bread doesn't work very well in B&B pudding IMO.Stompa0
