    Mixed spice always goes into
    Bread pudding the way I was taught to make it but cinnamon and nutmeg go into bread and butter pudding. I made one today as I had some old bread, it was yummy and we have leftovers for tomorrow too :)

    Bread and Butter Pudding can also be made with mincemeat instead of dried fruit. It's a good way of using up any leftover mincemeat, or cheap jars of mincemeat bought after Christmas :)
