Well NakedChefLodger and my sister got into some very heavy conversation last night - I couldn't get a word in edgeways so I went to bed and left them to it! He's well comfortable here already.
Poor old MiniLodger is still sitting on the sidelines waiting for us to become available to meet him.Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
Onwards and upwards, one door shuts and all that malarkey :TMortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j0

I would have a calm but deadly serious talk, as in all property, and in all tenancy agreements, not being anti-social is implied, and often stated as a clause. You shouldn't have to tell him to keep the noise down.
Confusedhave I missed something...
Also, have forgotten who Minilodger is...is he tiny in stature or just not staying very long?Ellie
