Anyone who opens the back to sing out of it would have annoyed the neighbours in a semi-detached house. I would have a calm but deadly serious talk, as in all property, and in all tenancy agreements, not being anti-social is implied, and often stated as a clause. You shouldn't have to tell him to keep the noise down.0
