What did we decide to call the other new lodger, who was here chatting for most of Saturday?

Anyway, whatever his name is, he sure is keen! He's asked for a price to move into my room, the biggest one, so I've added 10% as a potential price, although I'll offer it to JoannaLodger at normal price first - it would be her loyalty reward :)

  • HindleggsoffadonkeyLodger?
  • Aww - NakedChef has just asked what colour of wine Joanna likes so he can cheer her up (or at least help drown her sorrows) when he arrives. How nice is that? :)

OOOH! There are perks to be had. Or maybe he's on his best behaviour...

Got to be a certain level of sensitivity there to think to ask...

MiniLodger, that's what he should be called on account of the mini he's restoring.
Could you check if it's a Cooper S? And if so, whether it's a 1275, 970 or 1071cc? And the year and the colour and if it has twin tanks.
Not that I'm that interested, of course.:D

Looks like a BMC (not a Morris) Cooper, can't tell if it's an S.
    I love 'em.
The twin tanks on an S were always good fun. Back in the olden days of yore before petrol stations were self service, the petrol pump attendant was seriously flummoxed when asked to fill it up, both sides please.:)
