Big Badger House (aka Noisy Lodger) HE'S GONE!

Online auction? Have you seen the photos of his bedroom and the Turin Shroud made of vomit? That stuff could be a bloody health-hazard and probably is. I am reliably informed that B_L wore a hazmat suit to pack his ket and then took a scalding shower in disinfectant afterwards. The council have since been round to fumigate his room. Twice.0

I know!
But with the texts regarding some fine jewlery I'm intrigued.
and she will need to gain 'best price' I'm sure we'd be more than generous to the cause.0 -
NakedChefLodger's cheque has cleared! We're just trying to arrange a time for him to collect keys... probably after JoannaLodger finishes work tonight.
I'd love to give you a full inventory of BigGunsLodger's stuff but I'm in bloody London again  so won't be able to see it again until Friday. My family have now announced that they're coming a day earlier than expected for Christmas so it's all the more urgent that my spareroom is vacated!Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
I've heard that you can get tarpaulins quite cheaply at places like ebay or freecycle.
I do not think that you should being issuing keys to Mr NakedChefLodger until we've cleared up what advantages there are to having such a professional living in one's home. Where are the free samples? The discounts on cases of wine? The free dinner-vouchers? The toothsome kitchen-scraps for Mr Tufykins? Stop messing about, this is important!0 -

I must have had the wrong sort of chef when I had one as a lodger. He did cook exceedingly well but was usually out in the evenings at work...
And def no discount wine. I'd have noticed.0 -
Oooh, JoannaLodger has just heard that she didn't get the job
I was so sure that she would! I think she's gutted.

Well of course they're out in the evenings at work. If B_L was going to live in her house this would be a most definite advantage regardless of any others. Almost like living on your own with a stranger posting ten pound notes through the letter-box every week BUT coming round to cook ruddy splendid Sunday lunches on a regular basis.0

The totally selfish person in me (i.e. the whole and real one) is not gutted in any way whatsoever.0 -
Aww - NakedChef has just asked what colour of wine Joanna likes so he can cheer her up (or at least help drown her sorrows) when he arrives. How nice is that?Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0
