Sometimes I dont see attachments when opening mail from my phone, they get lost amongst the unloaded pictures, but as badgers mail would have been straightforward short text I'm not letting him have that excuse :rotfl:

Just had a phonecall from PotentialLodger1... he's now officially homeless! He went back to his wife's house last night and she told him she couldn't bear for him to stay there one more night, so he's sleeping on his mates' sofas until his deposit cheque clears.
His references have checked out, and his money's sitting in the bank transfer system... the day it clears will be the day on his contract
He also asked if he could pay the rent weekly in cash - he said he could pay it to JoannaLodger in my absence, but I think we should set up an arrangement where he can pay it to the local bank (it's 150 yards down the road) and he sounded very happy with that idea.Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
