He is most likely seriously bricking it !
Unless he is completely stupid, he will be sweating knowing that you have know found where he been trying to get to Narnia when drunk (ie missed the wardrobe and made a hole in the wall).
His will know his uni project is ruined and the pet spew is dead!
And his alchemy project into trying to breed dog ends for the ultimate never ending fag supply will have now come to an end.
He will no doubt be grateful to Aslan for thoughtfully returning your electrical items!
His natural reaction of defence will be to try and offset his guilt onto you, may be easier just to call him. It will be hard for him to construe where the land lies.
If I were in your shoes I'd just want rid of him his continued contact through text and belongings (although funny) must be causing you undue stress.0
