Big Badger House (aka Noisy Lodger) HE'S GONE!

Which part of "as of 3rd of January you won't be living here" did he not get? What an idiot.0

"Never seen a landlord act in such a disgraceful way." And that's only because he hasn't lived long enough. If he's looking for a bit of friendly cooperation he's being a tiny bit too aggressive and querulous for my liking. Petulant, even. Silly little sod0

I'm afraid that pillockicity is a common quality in the very young and/or inexperienced. They only generally lose it and acquire some consideration and maturity when things go wrong for them and someone bites them on the bum.
He's only 1 year younger than me! :rotfl:Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
Meh - he sounds a bit calmer now:BigGunsLodger wrote:Ok well yes I have to wash and dry clean my suit so I have to have it, I will also take some clothes and my remaining food. I will then return to pack and move out my possessions, This could of been done in such a simple and easier way, I haven't even been there for a just under a week, made things as simple as possible, shame it wasn't mutual.Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0

B_L, I hope you're not going to let the pillock away with that reply. I would make things even more awkward for him or even suggest that due to his attitude you aren't prepared to let him back into YOUR home and arrange to meet him with all his belongings at a neutral venue. At a date and time suitable to you of course. If you do agree to him setting foot back in your property I think you really will need to have someone there (preferably male)The Daily Mail

Does he think it normal to leave all his stuff behind at the end of a notice period?
Such bizarre behaviour.0 -
reply and insist he removes EVERYTHING when he comes round. You have given him more than enough time to sort this out and he's taking you for a mug nowThe Daily Mail

Not being there hasn't proven to make things simple. It's just made them more dull. He's probably been out on the lash 24/7. Silly little sod x 20

He's very manipulative and it appears to be working“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0
