Big Badger House (aka Noisy Lodger) HE'S GONE!

Just didn't accept B_L's pretty clear warning and notice at face-value. That was very foolish and optimistic. To put it mildly. Silly little sod x 30

he isn't going to get a suit dry cleaned from 11pm thursday for a funeral friday. So clearly, he is lying.
Have a friend in BL and don't be afraid to call the rozzers if it kicks off! If you think there may be trouble no harm calling the local station and putting them on warning you may need help.
I bet he got sacked and needs the suit for an interview.Debt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.0 -
Blimey! If he needs the suit for an interview (or a court appearance) he's cutting it a bit fine. He should have been there yesterday trying appeal to B_L's better nature. Silly little sod x 40

It's landlords and tenants but I'm sure this is similar. So I reckon I can 'offer to store' for 2 weeks, but then I'll have to give at least 21 days notice of 'intention to dispose'. To be honest I doubt it'll come to that.

Thanks Franklee!
This is JoannaLodger's take on things:JoannaLodger wrote:ok - I will keep eyes and ears open - but I´m at work 9-5 tomorrow so wouldn´t be here during the day anyway.... he must´ve been here late afternoon then, because I left at 2:30 for work....
well, with him you just don´t know what he might be doing... although at the end of the day it is his problem, if he can´t organise himself and take his stuff out in time - should´ve partied less and packed more - if I have to be out by a certain date it means I have to take everything with me - that is just ridiculous and then 2 days for packing and moving - geez - he needs to learn how to organise yourself!!!

I would def have everything ready to go out the door when he turns up. I wouldn't even want to let him in tbh.0

Notice how he avoids talking about returning keys and paying what he owes you...don't let him get away with it B_L.

Every time I read a text by the ex-lodger, I hear violins playing in the background....0
