I didn't see her - I was on shift at the time! A friend of mine was right next to the "incident" though - no sign of any "groping", just she insulted a group of guys and one of them said something back to her that obviously hit a nerve!
Anyway... I got back a couple of hours ago and was very excited to see that toothbrush, shaving mirror etc had all disappeared... so I tried the bedroom door only to find it locked. I wondered if maybe he'd left me his copy of the key somewhere, but no sign. Downstairs - his (way past Use By Date) food is still in the fridge and, most tell-tale, his tumble dryer is still in situ.
I'm too tired to deal with it right now, but I'm guessing he's moved himself into the "Penthouse" without actually vacating these premises. In which case rent is still due (starting with the £30 that's outstanding as of today). He's still got 10 days until his notice period expires and I'm not realistically expecting to see the back of him completely until that day arrives.
I'm now going to conk out on the beanbag...Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
I bet it will be the longest 10 days of your life. Hang in there Badger and put your feet down when you see him!0

I am totally hooked, I know it's not nice to be on the receiving end of all this and the amount of stress, hassle and frustration it must be causing you, but it's a great read.
Have you thought about putting it all in a book and selling it0 -
Hi Badger-Lady,
Welcome home to reality.
I thought you might be interested in this program that tries to pick into the economics of "Glasto" - now that it has become so mainstream.

It seems that the Gross Domestic Product of the festival and its people is circa 70 million. (I don't know if some of that ended up in your purse).
Surprisingly a similar figure to the Bath & West show (suppose some people buy some seriously expensive stuff at the latter?).
The programme features "Orchard Pig Applejuice" (Pig in a bun for 3GBP and juice in a cup for 1 GBP) and "Mendip Moments" purveyors of unusual ice cream.
Demonstrating that "money goes to money" was Jenny Lederman with Camp Kerala on C0ckmill Croft Farm. A "retired" barrister who bought this property because the estate agent forgot to mention that it had a grandstand view of the festival. She has been able to demonstrate that "There are no problems, only opportunities".

I have to ask myself if it was all more fun, when these festivals were chaotic spontaneous happenings; before the "risk assessment man" with his clipboard got to central stage?
Ah well I'll have to go and polish the rose tinted spectacles.:D0 -
are you seeing double ???0

Must be those damned spectacles.0
