Big Badger House (aka Noisy Lodger) HE'S GONE!

why is he in such a hurry to move ?
He's moving from the marital homeAnd, sensibly (in my view), wants to keep things as simple and low-budget as possible until he gets back on his feet again. This house is very conveniently located, has much more space and facility than the usual (e.g. he plays piano - what are the chances of his finding accommodation with one in it?)...
He also knows that my rooms never stay on the market for long - if he doesn't take it up within 48 hours it'll likely be promised to someone else!Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
Well, he's on the ball - Applicant1 is coming round this evening with his deposit and first month's rent, and to fill out the paperwork. We'll discuss official moving-in dates, but I suspect it'll be pretty instant
Quackers explained the way she left: she was keeping the keys so that she could come back and clean up while I was at work today (Tuesday). Bit late, love. So instead she's going to come and fix my curtain pole / return the keys in time for her replacement.
So what do we call the new chap?Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -

Well, the traditional first night of pizza, chat and film has gone well
Paperwork signed, cash paid and standing order set up, before you ask, and I managed to rig up the curtain pole (bit Heath Robinson but it works).
Quackers came round with the keys and said a quick hello too...Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
