I've stuck to Sleepy for now, because he's so quiet I can't tell whether he's home or not (even when he's talking to me) :rotfl: I'm not sure that he's even tinkled the ivories yet - certainly not when I've been there...

First time I read that and saw tinkling the ivories I imagined him going for a slash and then when you say 'not when I've been there...' Wow that would have been quick going to get to that stage of comfortableness!

don't suppose there have been any updates. Hadn't realised how (comparatively) close you are. I'm at NP7 with the mother in law atm, and if I get sick of it I might leave the OH here and apply to you next time you've got a vacancy!

It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?

Heheh... not really, everything's just been ticking over nicely! I never see SleepyLodger - his bedroom door is often open but I still can't tell whether he's in or not...

BF's been bullying me into updating you on QuackersLodger because he says I'm being dishonest by failing to admit that she hasn't yet settled her balance. However, she has messaged me today and asked if she can pop round tomorrow to pick up her post and "give you some money" so don't shout at me yet!

  • I'm glad you've popped back with an update, I was wondering whether Quackers had settled up yet. *Crosses fingers for tomorrow*
