The article says if your skin doesn't feel tight after doing it, it's OK to just leave it as it is. If it does feel tight, it's OK to pat on a small amount of the oil mixture. Personally I just use my normal moisturiser afterwards and that works fine for me.
I use my own moisturiser, Liz Earle, afterwards too. It just doesn't feel right after washing the oil off to put some more back on.:smileyhea "here, hare, here" :smileyhea0 -
i've also had lots of problems finding castor oil. have finally ordered it online today after trying tesco, boots, lloyds, holland and barrett and my local health food store.
can't wait to try it!Not buying clothes for a year - it's liberating!0 -

I really am stumped as to why people are having trouble getting castor oil
Maybe things here in NI are different as I found it very easily0 -

Still not sure whether to go for Mazola or crisp'n'dry as the 70% carrier:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
MrsE, if you have congestion around the nose area, I'd recommend grapeseed oil - one of the lightest massage oils, suitable for oily skin0

Thank you:T
I don't have congestion as in acne or even blackheads
BUT I have visable pores (not really bad, but if you look close up they are open) & when you squeeze them, tiny little wiggly worms of "cream cheesy" seban (is that what its called?) comes out. They are thicker than thread, but not nearly as thick as wool.
But you could squeeze them al out tonight & next week the pores would have it again.
Was waiting for the right oil, sounds worth a try.
Bet you're gonna tell me you buy it next to the mazola:rotfl:0 -

Yo MrsE,
Glad to know that not only will you have your pores all sorted but you'll have the most productive bowel movement in the Uk and whole of Europe.
