I got 100ml of a seller on ebay for £2.79 (inc P+P)
HTH
Sorry, must have missed your post, I was only trying to help, by the way what does HTH stand for?
Have just looked on Ebay and am amazed at how much castor oil is for sale, I'd never even thought of Ebay!Grant me the serenity to accept the people I cannot change, the courage to change the one I can and the wisdom to know it's me"0 -

Jojoba oil doesn't really smell of much TBH. This is what I use and so far I have no complaints. Bit pricey compared to almond oil but will last for months.
Yes you can add a little essential oil to the mix but not too much as it might irritate the face.
Thanks for that - I was rather tempted by it if it has a pleasant smell but will stick with almond oil if it doesn't.
Will go and have a good sniff around the essential oils in my local health food shop - and perhaps get one with "antibacterial" properties to see if we can really get the poor little sod cleaned up. Have done it twice for him now (about 3 days apart) and it does seem a little less angry and certainly some of the biggest black heads appear to have gone:j
Doesn't help that he wears specs! The worst area seems to be where these sit and the bridge of his nose up to his brows - so probably where he keeps touching his skin when putting specs on."there are some persons in this World who, unable to give better proof of being wise, take a strange delight in showing what they think they have sagaciously read in mankind by uncharitable suspicions of them"(Herman Melville)0 -

Try Ylang Ylang oil esp helpful for oily skin - really helps balance it
Or rose or geranium oils - both great for the face0 -
I must say, I have been doing this OCM for over a week now and this week is the first time in over 20 years that I have left the house without foundation.
My general complexion is much better it is so noticeable I am delighted!
Thanks for the heads up on this and the general advice I'm converted! You can stand there and agonize........

Just a quick question for anyone using this method, do you just pour the oils in your hands? Or do you pour the amounts of each oil into a bottle? Really intrigued to see if this method will work on my skin.0

i started with in the palm of my hand. then when i was convinced i liked the mix and it was for me i mixed up a pump action bottle (empty handwash gel bottle) to use and keep in the bathroom. pouring glass bottles over the basin can get a bit tricky and then you have the issue of not knocking them over whilst you have the oil in your hands. Those who will not reason, are bigots, those who cannot, are fools, and those who dare not, are slaves. - Lord Byron0 -
I had a pump bottle that used to have toner in it. So I used my kitchen measuring spoons to measure the oils and the mixture is in the pump bottle. I only mixed a little bit to start with, to help me find what best suits my skin.0
