  • I had always wanted to wear Contact Lenses because I want to change the color of my eyes. And what color do I want? Green! Yup some people may find this weird but I would love it if my eyes were green because I find it unique and interesting. Well I‘ve found good ones from a site online and I’m very happy coz I found them with great price at Lensesco.com via this link: http://www.Lensesco.com

can you order lenses from the USA - withe £/$ exchange they are about 2/3 the price of lenses here.
last three times i ordered from Canada/US I got customs charges slammed on the package so it turned out cheaper to order from an EU company.

buying from US is ok as they are covered by Federal regulation similar to UK. Just need a Rx to show them

Just started wearing daily contact lenses from Specsavers, and am currently paying £22 for 30 pairs. I'm on the Sainsburys comparison chart trying to work out the equivalent brand but I'm not sure whether I have the B&L Easyvision One Day, or the CIBA Easy Vision One Day contact lenses.

Is there a way of finding out? What's the difference?
    check the boxes or packets:
Ciba dailies have specifications of Base Curve 8.6, diameter 13.8. The individual blister packs are teardrop-shaped and have a blue top
B&L dailies are BC 8.6, diameter 14.2, I think the packs have silver tops on them.

Thank you! I have the Ciba Dailies. I'm saving a good £10 on 90 pairs now!

    Thanks once again

Not bought any yet but plan too soon... A friend told me the cheapest you can buy them in a 1 month supply is Asda online.

The cheapest I have found are Daysoft. They've got UV protection too.

See Martin's write up about disposable lenses. http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/health/Cheap-Contact-Lenses

    Hello,

I've been using Daily Disposible contacts for around 6 months now, but went into D&A for an assessment for Extended Wear lenses, but they said they will not give me a prescription until I have been with them for three months, after I signed up on their Direct Debit scheme.

    Is this really the law?

Also, what age would you reccomend to be the minimum to wear Day and Night Lenses?

    Thanks
