There are plenty of companies, try googling "Annual Travel Insurance + 90 Days"

Hi. I'm travelling to Disney Land Paris on the EuroStar and was just wondering if anyone recommends any certain companies for travel insurance ? Its just for 2 adults and was looking to take it with the Post Office.

Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks

The Post Office is a pretty good policy, its underwritten by Fortis who are normally good if you need to make a claim

You probably need to look at backpackers insurance as this is designed for longer stays. I think cover is reduced though so check out the benefits. If this isn't what you need then try call / emailing a few places to see if they will extend a normal single trip policy to cover you for 70 days.

Biba recommend Tokio Marine Europe as the best travel insurance.

For a family of 4 worldwide they come out at about £140.

Last year we used Columbus Direct at £40, but found them impossible to contact when we had our wee boy taken into hospital in Italy.

Is the Tokio Marine worth the extra £100?

Hi, sorry if this has been covered but there are hundreds of posts.

Can anyone recommend a cheap single trip travel insurance policy to go to Egypt? I was under the impression that I needed a worldwide policy as Egypt is not in Europe, yet on some quotes it asks me to choose my destination and then goes on to quote me for European cover??

I'm going on holiday in 2 weeks so need to to sort this reasonably quickly, all advice welcomed.

    Thanks

This will depend on who you go with I think, Europe is generally used as the continent not the EU. I know insurewithease.com covers it under Europe though as that is who my policy is with and it was cheap! But I am sure there are plenty of others out there! try moneysupermarket or one of the other comparison sites!

That does sound like a lot! But then you generally get what you pay for.! What kind of policy are you looking for Annual or Single Trip and Europe or Worldwide?

Looking for Annual Family (2 adults + 2 children) - Worldwide.

Would happily take another £40 policy, but as I say, when it was needed last year, it was just a waste of paper & phone calls.

As such I'm happy to pay a bit more so that if it is needed, its good.

    Thanks for the help.
