I just spoke to Insure and Go - firstly Customer Services who could not help me and said I need to speak to the sales team as I would need a full `medical screening`, so then spoke to a bloke in the sales team, gave him my policy details etc and advised him that I had recently had a blood test for underactive thyroid but it was completely clear.. he said as it was clear and not newly diagnosed then policy would be automatically renewed. Felt I was passed a bit from pillar to post and don`t even think its been noted anywhere. I do have his name and the time and date of the conversation recorded....just in case!0

Thats good news, it would be sensible to take a his details with you and also leave a copy at home just in case of any problems

Hi everyone. I'm currently a UK resident working away in New Zealand(NZ) with NZ travel insurance. Problem is I want to find cheaper than $149 for 2 mths travel insurance that covers accidents from any sport. My uk one from sta travel expired and they won't renew. I'm currently with sta travel NZ and they don't cover half the stuff the uk one did.
Bascially I need travel insurance cover including total sports that i can buy in New Zealand.0 -
Hi,
Myself and my fiancee are travelling to Sri Lanka and the Maldives for our honeymoon but the Foreign Office is advising against travel to Sri Lanka (although they do specify certain parts on their website - of which we aren't going to those). I notice in all the T&C's I have seen that if the FO advise against travel to that country then you aren't covered. Does anyone know of an insurer that doesn't make these exclusions?
Regards,
Richard.0
