I've now put the transaction in dispute with the CC company and spoke to trading standards who advised me to write to ebuyer by recorded delivery as the next step, if that fails they will get involved.

Thats what I'm saying. Obviously its something that the likes of booogle are doing wrong.

Ebuyer rocks, and I wont have a bad word said about them!

Don't be daft - people are clearly having problems with E-buyer and presuming that a very small percentage of E-buyer customers also must visit MSE - they are widespread.

I bought a memory card for my digital camera last friday, said it would be delivered on wednesday, it arrived on the tuesday. The only problem i had with them was when i ordered a heap of stuff and they missed a hard drive, they sent it priority delivery and waived the delivery charge.
Sometimes i surprise myself by being right.
