Thats crap, watchdog still has an effect. But threating companies with Watchdog does not work. Think about how many people say Watchdog, watchdog!

The phone line just says we are busy and disconnects the call telling you to ring later.

Is it just me or is it always like this? This is my 1st and probably my last order with them.

I lost heart that they would deliver after reading some of the replies, and added a note to my original e note asking them to cancel.

Have to say they acted okay from there. Cancelled the order and refunded the payment to my credit card.

I wont be using them again. Ordered from elsewhere and got it cheaper.

I have just received 1 item out of seven. It was a memory card in a box about 2'x 2'. It could have been sent in a jiffy bag.

I ordered a memory card last week and it came on the day it was supposed to - hooray.
Ordered a camera this week and paid extra for next day delivery - surprise, surprise still waiting and no answers to enotes...
Will not be using them again.

Orered a USB drive on 10/09/2005. delivery due 19/09/2005. Did'nt arrive stuck on payment taken and picking still not arrived today ! E note on Monday, asking when I would get the goods. Garbage generic e note asking me if I had had the goods ? Been on website and they have cancelled my order ! credit Card was charged last week, no credit yet ! waste of time and space. Have ordered OK from them in the past ! They seem to have grown too big and cannot offer good service anymore ! Will buy somewhere else !

Just hope I get my refund !

You'll get your refund. I'd advise you to contact your credit card supplier and explain the situation to them and ask what their procedure is.

I was a little concerned after following this thread... but my order has just arrived as per schedule.. 8 items including 2no 256mb MP3 players @9.99.. in fact all orders from this Company... 10 no plus . have been delivered as per schedule. Only exception was for the 28" Samsung TV ... still waiting for that! Really good service and can only presume from reading this thread that I must have been really fortunate.
