    Well I have read through this thread and have to say that I have placed 3 orders with Ebuyer since April this year for substantial values and each order has been delivered without any problems.

    I will most likely use them again and hope that the service I have received so far continues.
    Its better to be late in this life than early in the next one.

    Slow down speed kills.

    have to say that i'm coming up on 10k worth of purchases since they started, NEVER had a problem! returned stuff just fine.

    a mate ordered some stuff with a waiting time of 99 days (not in stock) and had a bit of a run-round trying to get a refund, but only what you'd expect from any online place
    money saving my @rse.
    I've spent 10x as much as I would if I had never discovered this website :-)

    I disagree as I dont get this crap service from nickknowes.com or advancedmp3players.com. I currently use scan, and yes I know they have some issues as well, but once they mess me around, I'll look for the next company thats looking for a break in the market.

    P.S. I think this thread started off as one thing, and moved into something else!! Either way, Ebuyer are still crap, and thats my opinion.

    I've been trying to return incomplete items to ebuyer for refund but they sent the courier to the wrong address and the courier won't come back and says I must speak to ebuyer to rearrange delivery. I've been unable to get through on the phone to ebuyer and sent them an enote which is now 14 days old which they haven't responded to. Can anybody advise me what steps I should take next? Is it something I can get the credit card company to deal with or do I need to ring trading standards?

    Personally I would go straight to my credit card company and ask for the procedure from them. However I must say that I dont believe a word your saying, as there at least 4 users on this thread that do not have issues with Ebuyer, so stop telling fibs!!!!!, as Ebuyer have a top customer service!

    have to say im also stuck with problems with ebuyer, ordered some things ages ago for next day delivery, about half the order turns up next day, the remaining doesnt. Order status showed pick in progress and posted two enotes.. a week goes by and then an email response to my enote that they are refunding the items i didnt get and upto £2.50 credit for late delivery.

    They also have in the mean time recreated my order and then scheduled for a normal delivery for this monday, I then post another enote asking if i will get charged shipping again, so far no reply. Monday goes by and no delivery, but i get an email saying my items have been despatched for my choosen delivery date (on the monday) and the items arrived on tuesday.

    Upon checked my credit card i realise i've been charged shipping costs again and this whole experience has left me feeling very bitter. After speaking to my credit card company they have asked me to supply everything i've have in contact with them and they will attempt to resolve these issues.

    Having used ebuyer numerous times before i've found them to be a good service but very poor when it comes to next day deliveries and their customer support is literally non existant. I'm sick of having to pay extra for next day only for it to arrive days later or not at all. My recommendation would be to only ever order with super saver delivery if you ever want anything otherwise look elsewhere if you need next day.
