I made up a spray bottle with a third stardrops, vinegar and water. Then I cleaned my bathroom. I'm pretty impressed I have to say. But it stinks! :rotfl:

Well, bathroom cleaned from top to bottom, tiles, floor, window the lot! Woodwork on the stairs also cleaned badly needs re-painting and I have 2 new banisters to paint white to match the rest. No point having 2 old white ones and 2 new plain wood ones.

TOILET TRAINING DS2 started about 3pm as he now has a new white grab rail at the toilet. So far one pair of wet pants, but he didn't seem all that bothered. It was only when I caught him piddling and told him off that he went to the toilet, did a bit of a pee and I gave him lots of praise. I think this is going to be one long hard wet and dirty process. Tips would be appreciated. Charts wont work as he doesn't understand them. He turned 3 last month but does have mild develpomental delay as well as his hemi and doesn't speak much.

Dusty I bought a lavender with "wings" last year, can't remember if it had a name. I thought it was dead but I left it in and it started flowering through the winter and it's still flowering now! Very pretty. I bought a hebe the other day so I hope that survives. Should get lots of bees then.

Went to the Mall with DH and DD2. Very tiring plodding round and waiting outside changing rooms while she tries stuff on and then doesn't buy it. But we had our lunch out so I don't have to cook today :) And I got some books in Waterstones and some Thorntons choccies. All good ;)

Just watched Desperate Housewives that I taped last night because I couldn't stay awake.

Hope you get the school stuff sorted out taurus

Aimee hope you get the family stuff sorted out.

Ooooohhhhhh! I'm husband and childless this weekend as they're all going away and i'm working. I'd forgotton. That'll be a nice treat as he's been away so much.

Breaking news: DH comes home tonight and is working two miles from home for at least a year:eek: . How long until I'm filing for divorce :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: xx

(there were no jobs at his company in USA so looks like that's all off)

Had a great day out and about and DD now in bed (chose from about 4 months old to be an early-to-bed type, unfortunately wakes at 5ish - any ideas how to change that?!). Got more done than expected due to unexpected independent thinking from OH! Hugs to all who need them - reading this has made me uber-grateful that my day has been so pleasant. DR

    Dinner done

DS1 definitely not well as he only ate half of his - not heard of with a 14 year old lad.

Going to let DS3 have a quick turn on the CBeebies website whilst I clean the bath and toilets.

Mudbath - shame about USA, have you told your sister? Made you have a good clear out thought, it still makes me smile when I think of you clearing our under your bed and finding a door.

Only just saw this Shell, and OMG! What a coincidence our DDs almost had the same names! Hardly the most popular names!
If you have good thoughts, they'll shine out of your face like sunbeams & you'll always look lovely.
