Soappie I did that and had broken the toe next to my little toe :o - nothing they'll do though (not even x-ray it) so best advice is painkillers and bandage or plaster it to the good toe next to it, to keep it straightish, then just be gentle with yourself. Huge hugs and I hope it's just a bruise x

Right quick update, am on a roll at the min:D

    Plan for today:-

Pigpens list for bedroom - Tidied and dusted, bedding due to be changed over weekend:D
    HHI - I WILL do this today:o
Mow front lawn (and back later if still dry)
Load washing machine and peg out (weather depending) NOT A FULL LOAD
    Pop to B/S for statement
Pop avon book back round to rep
    [STRIKE]S & S bathroom[/STRIKE]

    HHE
    [STRIKE]Hoover through[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Dust lounge[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Porch & hall [/STRIKE]- Tidied and dusted

Right off to mop kitchen, bathroom and porch floors then will get the mower out.

SSL - :rotfl: at your post - like it, if it doubt give 'em a slap:D

Re the disability thing its unfortunate but true. I used to see kids kicking off and think they were just naughty but a friend of mine worked at a specialist home for children with autism and it made me realise that a percentage of these "naughty" kids were not just playing up (hope that makes sense). It must be very hard coping with a meltdown and having people look at you like your doing something wrong or wondering why you are not doing something. I know one time they took a group out to the local shopping mall and one of the kids had a meltdown (sorry dont know technical term:o ) and for his own safety she basically had to sit on him (he got very violent and was a danger to himself). She had several people come over and have a go at her, not what you need when you dealing with a hurricane.

    Right mop and mow.

Just managed to catch up with the thread so:

Polly - I love the lavendars with ears
Tiptoes - I have no idea how the CSA come up with such balmy figures, hugs
soappie - how is your toe?
Aimi - hugest hugs your life sounds so tough at the moment, positive vibes coming your way for your mum
Holly - kids cause us more stress than they will ever know (especially if they are male as they will never become mothers!)
Pink I hope you manage to get your sons exam sorted out

It is raining here so hopefully my water butt will start filling up and that the leak is fixed.

Need to find my list and crack on - today will be a day of half hours - half hour flying then half hour paperwork/pc etc etc.

    Just having a tea break.
Hugs Aimee - you're going through a rough patch!

Thanks for your concerns over my toe. I don't think it's broken, just bruised (I can wiggle it a bit, albeit painfully!). It's easing a little and I can do slippers! Will cancel my physio appointment as that's a bit of a drive away but do have to go out to Tesco (which is only a short drive) at some point to stock the freezer for the kids and get a couple of bits and bobs for my hol. I shall brave a trainer then...

SSL - Yep, year 2 in school and she's doing SATs  I can understand to some extent the need to assess how well the child is doing (and the teacher is teaching) but surely there must be another way of testing them while they're in infants!

Not getting on too well this morning. Trying to sort out finances but some things are still up in the air and its difficult to make the books balance ATM. Especially when I've spent a fortune in the post office on Ebay postage  Which is something else I need to sort out - whether I'm actually making any profit from the ebay sales or not :rotfl:

Good news though is that I've received a grant from the SLC for my OU course, which I've transfered to my savings account and later, when I've worked out how much I've spent so far for uni (internet fees etc) then I'll transfer that amount over to my bank account ;)

Right, time to put the milk in my tea and get on.
