    Thanks Heinz.Stll not working for me ,i tried using my computer instead of laptop and used IE instead of Firefox and still it says server is too busy. I email them again.Cheers for replying

    I occasionally get quirks like that and, much as I hate the expression, find a reboot (of the router as well as the computer) cures most.
    Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

    Ok i think the problem is when i put my landline number in it takes the 0 off ! i keep putting it back in and it takes it off again . I just emailed them again.
    Thanks again i try to reboot the router cause the laptop has been switched on and off .

    I have that stored in my favorites (sic) rather than using the cumbersome way in via their website.

    Used that link it still comes up as server too busy ! Lst time i got on 18185 was tuesday i have been in India since Nov so have not used it since then but it was working tuesday and i can use the landline using 18185 its just logging into my account thats the problem. I switch the router on and off soon and try that .Thanks again
    Switched Router off and on still the same "server too busy" i wit for 18185 to reply .

    Now this is interesting. I was on my laptop and all was fine. Now I've fired up my office desktop and I'm getting, would you believe, Server is too busy!

    Ok so it must be a main problem then .Strange cause you were still logging in ok when i couldnt .
    I tried logging into 1899 as i use that as well sometimes and is run by same company and i get the same server is busy .

    It's baffling - I've just turned the laptop back on - and logged into my 18185 account without difficulty!

    I got my friend to try logging into my account its showing the same so she tried logging into her own account and its knocking her 0 off her landline number as well and then saying server is busy !
