I have a scratchy/itchy/sensitive little man and after the expense of trying 6 different lotions last year i found nivea baby 50 was okay, still got slight redness but nothing compared to the others and i just applied it sparingly, but enough to be effective. However this year he has become very sensitive towards it so I asked GP/HV for advice, both recommended this company https://www.greenpeople.co.uk/organic-sun-products.aspx they only do a childrens upto factor 25 but doc said that was actually enough as long as it is applied religiously every few hours. The postage is £2.50 and they do fragrancee free version to which is 150ml for £13.50 or trial size 30ml for £3.50. I ordered one for at home and one trial for on the move. Little fella has no recaction
Know it is not boots, but I have tried every brand from boots and all irritate my DS

Hi Sonee,
Try contacting them via this form http://www.boots.com/help/OrderQueries_contact.jsp?pageName=/help/contact.jsp on their site. I've done this before and was awarded with points although I didn't get a reply for a few days. HTH
I'd second that, especially if you're not keen on ringing again sonee.
LTNS Sam, hi and hope you're wellIt was weird clicking on the link because it auto-fills your name doesn't it?
Really have to go now, but OH just rang to say he'd got even more TD hand cream with till splits (served by AB lol) so it looks like some stores are really pushing the hand cream out.Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive. ~ Sir Walter Scott0 -

(Oops, apologies - off-topic - so I'll just add that at £1.63 for the Real Shaving Co Post-shave Daily anti-wrinkle cream, it looks like a decent buy, and makes a change from the No7 men's stuff)

Just found a decent buy on .com if you buy Gillette Fusion Razor blades.
It's £14.99 for 8 of these or £7.99 for 4 but you can buy the actual Fusion Razor which includes 6 blades for £7.99!

I've just called and they weren't very helpful. The lady told me to.....SNIPPED.
I think that customer services are as random in their responses as Boots pricing policy is from store to store! After the help you lovely ladies have given to me this afternoon re Time Delay/Till spits, I tried ringing customer services. using the advice and previous experiences on here, and was offered 600 points as compensation. I emphasised that I'd spent money I wouldn't otherwise have done, and now missed out on £40 of free goods, but couldn't manage to get the 4000 points plus 1000 for my trouble that Broclo managed. . I suppose they had no proof that I actually had 8 till spits but I would still have liked more than 600 points. Oh well, better than a poke in the eye with a blunt stick I suppose.
Maybe it's better to e-mail rate than phone - although again I suppose that must depend who reads your e-mail. I just thought phoning might resolve things quicker. I don't want to get into the habit of moaning about things, but I do feel rather aggrieved - and the sun isn't even shining to cheer me up.
Thanks anyway, Ladies, I appreciate you all taking the time to post and help me out - you're fab!:A0 -
Yeah better than poke in the eye, but if you can i'd still scan them and send off an email or if not post them off with a letter. If you can be bothered to do either and accept that it may not get you anywhere, then it may be worth the effort to see if you get a nice surprise.
I always seem to get my way with SA's/CS, I'm certainly not rude or forceful, but will stand my ground in a polite way. If you do decide to email/write in, then just make sure the points that a) you specifically bought un needed items in order to get the till spits and b) you would have been able to use them if it was not for lack of staff training or ignorance. Maybe you could suggest that they sent you 8 x td handcreams in exchange for your till spits as you will be contacting them whilst the spits are still in date etc?0
