rattla wrote:Hi, You are actually looking at the wrong tariff. They have an 18 month tariff for £21 a month or a 12 month tariff for £23 a month. The first works out at £378 for 18 months, but the 12 months only totals £276.

Hmm decisions, decisions :j If I go for the 18 mths option then with the 6 months at half line rental then it means I've only paid an extra £39 for an extra six months of a contract (taking into account the 18mth tariff is £2 per month cheaper)
Well at least I think that's the case!0 -
OK... anyone following my posts re:taking an orange mobile number to vodaphone..the apparent outcome is .. it can only be done at the point when you activate your vodaphone. WHY DIDNT THEY TELL ME THIS THEN!! arrrrrgggggghhhhh lol .0

Hi there,
i just got the nokia 7260 for my daughter on the evening and weekend 1000 tariff and just wondered if the 250 texts are cross network and if they are anytime texts too rather than just evening and weekend ones.
Can't seem to find anything on the vodaphone website
Thanks

hi guys
I need your advice on this please
I applied for a contract for Ericson phone with orange ( £23 per/month) with 36000 points.
Waited few days , didnt heared anything and rang customer services (NOT BOOTS, its the customer services of the company providing the deal to Boots customers), been told that the phone is discontinued so they cant do anything about it and i have to choose another phone.
I asked which phones are available with same package and same amount of points, they gave me options and i chose Motorola v3 with same package but will lower points of 33000.
My phone is arived today , its fine and working.
Now, the problem i have is this, I have Just looked at the boots phone site and Motorola on the website with the same package although starts with 33000 points but with the line rent i have chosen only have 1000 points available.
I dont know what to do now.
Can you please advice.
can i cancel without charges? conact boots? or somthing else to put all of this right?
realy appriciate you advice
Thanks in advance0 -
i think you have either 7 or 14 days to cancel your agreement...check the t's and c's on the boots website. I think you also have to return everything unused and in its original packaging if you do decide to take this route-hope that is of some help x0

I was just looking at Boots website T&S
http://www.bootsphones.com/help/help2.aspx
and came across this , might help some one else as well.
Customer Satisfaction:-
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however should you wish to return your phone then you can do so within the first 7 days following receipt of your purchase. You may use your phone within this period but will need to pay for any calls and line rental incurred up to disconnection. Your phone and any accessories will only be accepted back if the package is complete and they are in their original condition. You will need to contact care.fulfilment@dextra.co.uk to arrange your disconnection at which time you will be informed of the returns procedure. Returns will not be authorised if you are outside of the 7 day period.0 -
Just been looking for a new phone and stumbled upon this deal from Boots.
I'm opting for the C975 on 3, and if I've read through this OK, I get 41500 advantage card points. At a penny a point, that's £415 for the wife in boots, and I get a shiney new phone!
negating the subscription charges, and take into account the 6 month half price offer, and you're left with £95 MORE than what you've spent.
More points are available on longer or more expensice tarriffs though, ideal if you rarely change your network/handset.0
