Afternoon all, well I overspent a bit on the grocery shopping, but realised I'd run out of deodorant (and I draw the line at smelling all week :rotfl:), also stocked up on washing powder and fabric conditioner which I would have had to buy next week anyway. Got plenty of food and all other essentials to see me through the week though, so here goes...!

Oh and thanks for the purr! :)

Well, there were so many reduced price fruit and veggies there. 3 bags of potatoes... I have enough for now, but cooking for dd's crowd at the beginning of June. Lots of apples, which I will stew and freeze, mushrooms. cabbage, sugar snap peas, lettuce, cherry tomatoes. ALso another lot of bogof cornflakes. They're 2.12 at Mr M for 750g - BOGOF. PLUs they have a voucher for a free swim on each,,, so that's 2 big boxes of cornflakes and 2 swims for 2.12. they're dated till next april/may.

Hoping ot have another good week, if I can get to the end of the month without too much more spent I will be glad.

    Hi All

Well I had pledged to have a no spend week but my gran has been taken into hospital so will need to spend on parking at hospital  and a few things she might want/need.

So am going to change my challenge to a maximum spend of £20 this week hope this is okay and will do no spend week next week.

Good luck to everyone with their own personal challenges

    Morning all

This is really focusing my mind. I've got £15 to last me all week. The majority of that will be spent at the dentist tomorrow. I also need bread and cereal. What time is best to pick up good whoopsies?
