Hi all, feeling a bit better thanks ISOM.. had quite a bit of time on sofa with hot water bottle, don't have a cat though, can anyone lend me one for a few days? :) Gonna wander out to Tesco in a bit and hopefully get some Sunday reductions, don't want to spend any more than the £5 left of grocery budget.. then it will be no spend until payday on Friday.

    Good luck everyone!

Hi, I've decided to bite the bullet and join you all, I'll have to pay the window cleaner and buy some bread, milk and fruit today but that should be me - £8 for the week?

Well, it's no spends for food for me... blown the rest of May's budget, but if I'm careful it'll be fine, might just need a little fruit and veg next week.

Got a lot of reduced fruit and veg this morning, so need to get it sorted so nothing gets wasted. Cleared out the veg drawer in the fridge. White cabbage that I got over a month ago is still fine, but have got another now, so been making hm coleslaw. Shall enjoy that for lunch. Mr Ivy prefers more salt and vinegar in his, but he'll just have to deal with it. Ds chucked some bread this morning, was in the bin when I came home. I Would have cut the mouldy crust off and frozen the rest for crumbs! GOtta go.
