We get mould too! (after spending a fortune on dampproofing etc) I found a great solution, if its like black patches on your wall (paint or paper) just dab on neat bleach and leave for about 5mins. It disappears! I tried everything before this, even redecorating for it to reappear! I could do with a dehumidifier for the kids room, Is it noisy?

Oops~ sorry for spamming, my computer froze and I got click happy!

Hi, got the dehumidifier online at woolworths. Should have been £70 but cost £45. Free delivery if you get it delivered to store. Not sure if it's noisy- get it on Wed so i'll let you know. We can't open our bedroom window so that's why we need one! That's the cheapest i've found one for a big ish one- not one of those tiny ones. Anyway, heres to hoping the mould will go! We have used remover we had already, we just want ot make sure the air is suitable for when we bring the baby home!

So today is a NSD at last! DH has taken a bit of the food money (what's left nearly!) to get himself a roll from Spar. Very annoying as we need milk etc. but I said he could (he caught me on the hop...) so I can't really complain too much!
He seems to think we will never run out of money! It's so funny. He knows what our food budget is and looked suprised when I said we've got about a fiver left for food this month. He was horrified! BUT he's been shopping with me and seen how miuch we've spent (and we've stocked up and got loads of extras this month) and still looks suprised. It just completely passes him by! I told him we've LOADS of food in the house, prob. enough for at least a month but he's still worried! Oh well. Meal planning has it's advantages. At least I know how many meals we've got left! Plus, he's spent all his spending money ON FOOD and is upset because it's all gone! He didn't HAVE to go to McDonalds loads...yuk!

Anyway, i'm trying to maximise our Quidco income before the baby comes. I've made £16, £25 and £30 at a cost of £17.25 so far which is brilliant and i'm trying to get my £5 free from photobox now cause I need some prints for my Mum's book anyway (and my Dads for christmas) so hopefully that'll work.
I'm also going to open an e-saver with A and L but I wanted to get the referral fee for my Mum too so i'll have to look into it and see if I can combine offers. I got a load of point boosting baby couchers from TEsco baby club today which is fab, also 20% off the ELC until Nov. which might do for baby's christmas pressie...Although seriously thinking about getting baby a box with lots of scrunchie paper in it. My frineds baby came round the other day, ignored all his toys and played with a plastic cup for an hour. So funny~!

Back on the super budgetting train next month as it's only the 14th June and we're nearly out of money! Whoops. Don't need anything tho. Just a bit boring now!Actually, I've got money, still got £35 of spends and £20 clothing so £55! DH has nothing..but he DID spend it!
I'll update on my Quidco later when things track! Here hoping for a free cHristmas! (Also should be able to save £10 excess budget from electricity this month! It all adds up!)

Well our remaining budget for this month stand as follows:
    Electricity: £10 (In drawer)
    Food etc: £5.90 (In drawer)
    Socialising: £0
    Thrift: £40 (In bank)
    Home improvements: £8.88 (In bank)
    Spends J: £35 (In Bank)
    Clothing: £20 (In bank)
    Lottery: £6 (In bank)

DH made me feel bad earlier- bit then i realised he's the one who's insisted we buy loads of crap! So £5.90 will just have to do until the end of the month for food etc! We only need milk 2 for £2 (X2) and possibly some bread 37p. So that's £4.37.
I need the clothing for my nursing bras and i'm using some of my spends next week when I meet my friend out for tea and cake...yumyum.
Just one more bill to go out- BT for 12.34 but the money is in the bank so that's good. I was meant to pay £59 off my personal loan this week but i'm going to leave it to cover my overdraft until next week or when dh gets paid. I haven't decided yet. As long as I don't spend it - it's tempting to put it on some quidco betting sites to get the cashback but I don't want to leave us short...

Thanks. I don't feel it! Mind you, i'm on mat leave at the mo so that helps! I keep having weird pains but I think they're braxton hicks as they come and go. A bit annoying tho as been going on from yesterday and a bit hurty! Poor me! Hope I get more sleep tonight anyway. Didn't sleep a wink last night!

Bad spend day today! I spend £7 on ice lollys from the garage! Took it out of my spends money but still a bit annoyed with myself as I wanted to save that for stuff I might need next month! Oh well. Still got £28 left so not too bad!

BT bill has gone out at last so that's me for this month! thank God!
