Well she's coming by herself!! Yeah! So chuffed! I feel a bit sorry for her tho because I know he'll be vile to her about it... but I think it does him good to be stood up to every now and then. Gets spoilt otherwise. Plus he uses the 'i'm ill' thing all the time to manipulate her- and i'm sorry but if you are well enough to use that line, you are not that blooby ill are you?

Anyway, off to bed now. Big day tomorrow. Pram day.. ohhh i'm so excited!!!!

I know it's so exciting! I can't wait. We got a lovely quilt for the baby today from dh family! Obviously we can't use it till the baby is over a year but it's lovely. And a cuddle dry towel with an octopus on it!

We had a brilliant day! I did us a really nice lunch and we ordered the silver cross jet sport travel system. It is SO nice! I can't wait till it arrives. We also had a chat about the 'husband' and Mum said he opened the e-mail and was a bit upset..ooops. But then she also said, she was finiding him a bit much because he's so clingy and she's going to talk to the doctor about it next time they go. So that's good. I felt a bit bad for him seeing the e-mail...but 1. he shouldn't have been reading Mum's e-mail and 2. he did need to hear it. Although as much as I dislike him, I would've put it a bit more kindly than what I wrote!
Oh well, it take a bit of a prod to get through to him and hopefully he'll be a bit bettter now!
Had a great day with Mum. She got me 2 nighties and some pjs for hospital too. They are well nice! Couldn't get braas yet as it's too soon apparently. The girl in Mothercare said to come back 10 days before. That seems s abit late to me tho? Any thoughts?

If I'd come back 10days before I would have been snookered because my DS was 10days early! I'm trying to think when I bought mine-I had DS on Feb 23rd and think I bought my nursing bras about late Jan-that was from M and S and I got fitted and noone mentioned anything to me-perhaps it's a new thing? Glad you had a lovely day and are really pleased with your pram. Can't believe that the 'husband' opened your mum's email-that is an invasion of privacy and people who pry often don't like what they find out! My mil had to change her email account and password because her new husband was hacking into her account to read her emails!

I know. It's like listening at doors isn't it! My dh says it serves him right! I think i'll try marks for the bras. I don't really want to leave it too late. I've just heard back from the MP's secretary and she said they have managed to pass our case on to a minister for parliment! It was an answer phone message tho so i've got to wait till tommorw to find out more!!! I hope that means it'll be dealt with faster! I wish I'd checked my messages sooner! The phone rang while my friend was here earlier and I completely forgot.....grrrrrrrrr. I hope it's good news!!! At least someone should be able to tell us something now hopefully!
Just ordered a dehumidifier for the bedroom as we've got mould!!! Yuk. Cost £45 reduced from £70 with free delivery. On credit card to be paid off in full at the end of the month!

Hi Jak, just read your thread and wish you well with the debt busting. Where did you get your dehumidifier from? I desperately need one for winter.

    Thanks
